This summer we are delighted to offer 5 weeks of fantastic nature based programming combined with summer fun for kids ages 6 - 12!
Earth Keepers Summer Program at Camp Discovery is the ideal way for youth ages 6 – 13 to unleash their natural curiosity. Each day campers will connect with nature using exploration and investigation. Interpretive hikes, animal encounters, team building challenges and nature-themed crafts help reveal the wonders of the natural world.
Registration and Camp Fees

Registration fees include all activities, snacks and a camp shirt. Campers must bring lunch and water bottle each day.

Early bird registration rate of $175 per camper through April 1, 2018.

After April 1, 2018, registration fee is $185 per camper.

Campers who sign up for 2 or more weeks will receive a $10 discount off each additional week.

Camp hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Extended stay is available.
Sibling Discounts
Registration for 2 or more siblings (i.e. brother, sister) will receive a $10 discount for each additional camper registered. Enter the code FAMILY on sibling's registration at check out.
Extended Stay
Morning extended care is available from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. for an additional $25 per week per camper. Afternoon extended care is available from 4:00 - 5:00 pm for an additional $25 per week per camper.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than two weeks prior to camp date to receive a refund minus a $50 nonrefundable deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the camp date.
Financial Aid
Camp Discovery is committed to being accessible to all. Scholarships are available to help families with limited financial resources who are unable to afford the full cost of a week of camp. If you are applying for assistance, please limit your registration to one week of camp per child. Scholarships are usually partial and based on financial need. Applications are due by April 15, 2017. Link can be found on the campdiscoverysc.org website. You will be contacted by a staff member upon receipt of request.

Eco Explorers Camp June 11-15
Ages 6-12. Turn over a new leaf and uncover what's going on at Camp Discovery. We'll explore the forest floor, journey to the bottom of a stream and run through open meadows. Grab your binoculars and gear up for an unforgettable outdoor adventure!
Pollinator Power Camp June 18-22
Ages 6-12. Meet these superheroes of the environment as we celebrate National Pollinators Week. We'll discover how butterflies, birds, beetles, and bees support our food supply to give us POWER.
STEM Camp! Naturally July 9-13
Ages 6-12. Engineer a pinecone-launching catapult. Make a paper worm wiggle. Create an indoor rainbow. Craft a wearable water cycle. See how STEM is naturally a part of our everyday lives.
NEW!! STEM Naturally! 2.0 July 16-20
Ages 6-12. Use science, technology, engineering, and math to learn about ways to protect animals and their natural habitat. Campers will explore natural woodland areas and streams to apply classification, critical thinking, and elements of creative design.
