Mindfulness Walks at Camp Discovery

Mindfulness Walks, immersing yourself in nature while mindfully using your senses, can have a great impact on well-being. These walks are designed to help you tune in to your senses, aid your body and mind in slowing down, and strengthen your connection with nature leaving you feeling relaxed and restored. Bring your comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, and your spirit of adventure as Heather Phelps leads you on a 90 minute, one mile Mindfulness Walk throughout Camp Discovery's scenic 116 acres.
